I'm excited to discuss working together to intentionally design your brand and website. Outlined below are all the basics of how I work. Please read through the entire page carefully to make sure my process works for you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. If everything looks good, the next steps to booking your project are outlined at the end of this page!
I generally work Monday-Thursday from 10am to 4pm Central Time.
During your project we will primarily use Asana (a project management system) to communicate. This helps me keep everything organized and in one place. Don't worry, I'll show you how to use Asana before we get started.
I do my best to reply to all communication regarding active projects within one business day.
Sometimes it’s easier to talk about something over the phone. If you’d like to schedule a call during our project, let me know and I’ll send you a scheduling link!

We’ll start with a phone call to discuss the details and vision for your brand. Then, we’ll dive deep with a series of strategy questionnaires to discover your brand’s personality and the goals of your website. Once that’s nailed down, we’ll design your mood board and establish a color palette to make sure we’re both on the same page.
This is the fun part! Once we have the strategy laid out and your mood board/ color palette approved, we’ll start designing your gorgeous new brand and website. During the process, you'll quickly begin to see your new designs come to life. I'll be asking for your feedback often and keeping you updated with recorded videos explaining design decisions.
When your designs are finished and you’ve made your final payment, I’ll transfer your new files and send you some training videos to get you started. Then, it’s time to celebrate and share the news with your audience! Hooray!
Below is the payment schedule expected for your project. If you believe this schedule to be problematic for you, please let me know as soon as possible BEFORE the contract is signed so that we can discuss an alternate schedule.
50% of the project cost is due before work begins and to secure your spot on my schedule. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% of the project cost is due 4 weeks after the projects scheduled start date, or when the project is finished (whichever happens first.)
